How do I clean my CAR bag?

We recommend spot cleaning your bag with warm water and mild soap. Hang to dry.

Where can I get an item that I cannot find on the online store?

If you cannot find an item on our site more than likely it is sold out due to limited availability of each bag design. Please feel free to send a message to us asking if the item will be restocked and one of our representatives will get back to you shortly.

Does CAR price match or adjust pricing?

CAR does not adjust our prices to match retailer’s pricing. All sales are final and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.


Shipping

Can I add/remove/change items in an existing order?

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any sort of changes. If you have any further questions or concerns please fill out the form below.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

An order can be cancelled as long as the order hasn’t been assigned a tracking number.

Does Create A Reality ship to PO boxes?

No. Create A Reality does not ship orders to PO boxes.


Warranty

What is covered under warranty?

CAR stands by our products and we hand sew each item with an underprivileged individual in mind. CAR dedicates time to ensuring that each item is durable and reliable. So, if for any reason your bag has an issue simply send us a message below and we will tell you what to do next.

Our limited lifetime warranty guarantees that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects. If you discover any material or manufacturing defect we will fix it, replace it or refund you (via gift card or store credit) for the item you purchased. Each decision to honor the warranty will be made at our discretion and in accordance with local law. Each warranty claim must be accompanied with an acceptable proof of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents or any other modification made to a CAR product. If for some reason the item you purchased becomes lost, damaged or altered we cannot be held responsible for the loss. Please keep in mind that general wear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturer’s defect.

Our warranty applies to all CAR products.

How do I file a claim?

An email can be sent to contact@createareality.today regarding your claim. “Warranty” with the order number should be in the subject line. In your message please state the reason you are filing a claim with clear pictures attached. Once the message and photos are inspected and the warranty claim has been approved, we will issue a store credit. The store credit will be equivalent to the original price of the product purchased. The credit will be valid for a single use and will expire one year from the date issued.


Returns

Want to return or exchange a recently purchased CAR product?

Create A Reality stands by the quality and durability of our handmade products and we are always looking forward to satisfying our customers. If you’re unsatisfied with your product please send a message to contact@createareality.today. "Return" or "Exchange" along with the order number should be in the subject line. In your message please state the reason for your return or exchange and we will get back to you shortly. Returns or exchanges only apply to items that have a material or manufacturer defect and must be made within 30 days. Items that have been damaged, altered or used will not qualify for a return.

Returns without the original receipt must reference the order number, which you may reprint from your order confirmation email. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items or considered worn may not qualify for a refund, or will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.  Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are Final Sale and not eligible for return. Additionally, any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Final Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
